A "painless closing" might sound like an oxymoron, but Patricia Beck has spent more than 20 years proving otherwise. A Colorado native and top 10% Realtor in Colorado Springs, she helps buyers and sellers across the city and surrounding areas, and handles new construction, military transfers, VA loan assumptions, short sales, foreclosures, and estate sales, backed by her ABR, GRI, MRP, and SRES designations. Patricia is passionate about guiding people through the process and empowering them with the knowledge to make confident decisions. It all starts with an easy, no-pressure phone call, so reach out for a complimentary CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) at 719-660-9058, RE/MAX Properties, Inc.
